help i cant access my hotmail inbox.

i have had this problem for about 2 weeks now, i think msn changed my account to their newest version, as my other account which is on the basic is fine. i can log into my account fine, can see my emails, but if i click on one it says loading but never opens, also i cannot delete any emails. all i can do is send new emails. only when i am on the send new email screen can i go into another folder such as junk, or sent. but then i have to go through the process of going back to send new email to get back to my inbox. i have tried loggin in via my mobile and i still have the same problem. i do not understand as my other hotmail account is fine. is anyone else having these problems or know how to fix it please? or is there some other program i can use to read my emails and send them, as the customer services really do not know what is wrong and are slow coming up with a solution. thanks in advance for any replies.
