hi, Even I had the same problem. I used to quit smoking for a week or so and And then from next week onwards I would again start smoking. I hated that as I use to try hard to quit smoke but eneded up smoking more than regular. Then I searched a lot on net saw many articles and site on quit smoking and then I came across http://healthexercisepro.com/quit-smoking-or-atleast-exercise-2/ Well I found it good and I saw the result. And they were perfect. I think you might as well try it out. good luck. source: http://healthexercisepro.com

Don't feel down , try again , and instill yourself that you will never smoking , when you want to smoke you can eat cachou or just drink tea . It is a tough job , but try to overcome it . Wish you a good luck !

It is hard to quit smoking, very hard. I smoke and have smoked since being 15, I gave up once for 3 years and then foolishly started again. I have now been smoking again for 2 years and I want to give up but getting in that frame of mind has been impossible. It is a very nasty addiction, and one that takes an awful lot of will power, but do not give up on giving up! I have cut down for now, I just smoke when I really need to smoke and not just because I want one and that seems to be helping me a bit.

hi, gemini rose. i have thought about reducing my daily number of sticks and it seems logical. totally stopping right away does not seem to work does it? i would easily give in to temptation. thanks! and have a great day!
