How many cups of TEA Or Coffee A day .. I take around 7 or 8

I do take 6 to 8 cups of coffe a day.
It has become a habit. my day won,t start
without a cup of coffee. The caffine present in coffee, induces the central
nervous system for a while and we get refreshed.
