Do you flush after using the toilet?

I normally flush after using the toilet. Sometime I saw some people they just walk away after using the toilet. This is irresponsbile behaviour. They don care other feeling and because of this, the toilet is getting dirty especially the public toliet. So, have you flushed the toilet after using it?

I still don't get, there are still those who aren't flushing after using it. Its a total disgrace. Even somehow I stumble upon it in public toilets. I don't know why but I know it was an irresponsible thing to do.
