Fellow mylotters... Question for you all; I need some ideas on lunches I can make for my girls to take to school. What do you suggest? All ideas welcomed! Thanks.

I am easy. Pack me anything and I will eat it. Girls might have a different idea. Why don't you ask them? Cheers!!

Hmmm - not that I didn't do that already - but they would only eat peanut butter & jelly!!! So therefore, I'm here asking for suggestions.

Any sandwich cut with a large cookie cutter; star, heart, dinosaur, animals, etc. will be fun! An old favorite with kids Fill celery with cream cheese or peanut butter and top with raisins. My daughter calls it ants on a log. kids are more apt to eat a brown bag lunch they've helped to make. To save time we have our daughter help make the lunch the night before and stick it in the fridge.

Oh I like the idea of cutting the sandwiches into shapes. I'm going to go buy some cookie cutters. They will certainly love that! Thanks.

Normally, lunch is very important for growingups. It should be powerful and easily digestable. We should also take care that the lunch should not bring sleepy feeling to the children..Lunchs with curds and yogurt normally brings a sleeping sensation. Any lunch with lots of vegetables, sandwitches, powerbars are good choices. Also try varities of vegetable rice..
