Here is a simple and fast way to have a low calorie smoothie. Take these ingredients: 100 grams of yoghurt 3 scoops of low calorie icecream 1 tetrapack of frooti Milk: 250 ml Blend all the above ingredients in a blender for half a minute(30 seconds). Pour in a glass and serve immediately.
