How many hours do you see TV

I used to watch a lot. However, for more than a year now, I havent watched any television shows at home primarily because I do not have any TV. I need rest after work and I know having a set in my room will make me not sleep so I have to do something about it. Also, TV takes away work, sleep,and school time. I keep up-to-date with news through the internet.

I used to watched TV for almost like 3-5 hours in a day when I was so much addicted to watching daily serials on different channels, now I don't do that anymore.I hardly watched TV other than news, at times I do watched some good programmes and cartoons.

In the morning I watch news for a couple of hours and then switch it off for a while. Ant then watch again after lunch and that can be until we go to bed, there are times that I do mylotting while watching some of my favourite shows also.

I also watch tv almost 3 hrs....but sometimes more than 3 hrs...

I waych TV when I don't have anything else to do. Form it mmight be between 1 hour to max 3 hours. Sometimes I don't watch tv I just surf internet and hang arround.
