Hi,MyLotters. I recently have encountered a problem with my PayPal account. It notifies me that my account has limited access. To resolve, I must add my credit card confirmation. But when I do what it requires, it always fails. I can't link and confirm my credit card. If any of MyLotters have know-how and ever had such an experience, please share with me. I do appreciate your input. Thanks

Did Paypal refer to you by your name if not this could be one of those "Phishing emails" i warned others last week about a "Paypal Security Alert" email i recieved last week telling me that someone had charged a $249.00 Ipod to my Paypal charge account.I reported it to Paypal and they told me that it was a phishing email and to destroy the email.Like Paypal told me they refer to you by your name when they contact you...to see if its a scam email go to it and look at the address in the browser window and check the address, look at the bottom of the page and see if the secure lock is there,if its not there then its a phishing or scam email, you can report it at "spoof@paypal.com" if its a phishing email...

Fortunately, I can identify which is phissing and not. I get the knowledge from sharing with friends too. But what happens to me is may be because my account has exceeded the limit of balance. What do you think

This might be my fault. When PayPal notified me to verify my credit card, I ignore it because I still had problem with my credit card publisher. For your info, my account used to be personnel and the balance has reached more than $350,-. However, I tried to upgrade it into premier, and it works. I hope by doing so, I can verify my credit card. But still, I can't until now. Any more idea?
