Is lack of sleep robbing you of your goals?

If you surveyed the millions of us who don't get much sleep, chances are they'll say that the #1 reason they don't is "lack of time." In other words, people have too much to do to sleep. Late hours and frantic mornings are the rule. Who has time for more sleep? What this tired group doesn't realize is that a sleep debt is probably keeping them from acting and thinking at full strength, making even the easiest tasks harder to do. And take longer. Believe it or not, you can probably get more done in your day by getting more sleep. The mental and physical pick-up more than make up for that extra hour or two in bed.

Someone wise once said that when the instance of feeling sleepy comes one should sleep. I do that when I am at home. I do like sleep and it is something that is needed for our bodies to be renewed. Cheers!!

I am really bad when I don't get enough sleep...I am cranky, disoriented, I have trouble paying attention and I can't focus on things. ~~MY OWN PEACE WITHIN~~ **STAND STRONG AND BELIEVE IN YOURSELF**

I absolutely agree with this msedge. I think a sound sleep refreshes us and make each moment worthwhile. We are mire happy, active and on feet. The days when when i do not get sound sleep i just cannot give in my 100 percent! I fumble, fidget and have headaches and keep making excuses for not having doe much all through the day. on the other hand my productivity is much more even in less amount of time!

yes you are absolutely 100% correct....but what most people feel ,,by most people i mean people who are obsessed with their work or people who want to desperately reach their goal....when they are not doing anything or just sleep they feel guilty,it is this guilt that makes them stay awake and do more than what they can really do.resulting in poor performance later. but most people in this category do reach their goal because they worked so hard that they earned the right to success...and this credit cant be taken away from them by anyone....on the other hand some people do not succeed...just because they were not good enough.so one must know his limits and must act accordingly... sorry for this long boring speech.i just speak my mind out..
