does pregnanacy test really work?

I'm having difficulty knowing if I'm pregnant or not, I've tried using pregnancy test three times already, and the result is always negative. but my worries is that I have no monthly period for almost a month and 2 weeks now. I'm a bit worry if I'm pregnant.I really have to know it soon, to plan with my future.
Can you help me? does pregnancy test really work a hundred percent? what are the other ways to know my condition right now?except seeing a doctor, because I'm scared to see one.

Pregnancy tests are not 100%. Though with the ones that I have used, and I've used several, they never gave me a false reading.
Maybe your cycle is just readjusting itself. Though if you are worried, maybe you should see a doctor to be certain. I know you said you are scared to see one, but if there is the possibility that something is wrong, wouldn't it be better to find out now instead of worrying about it until it is too late to do anything about it?
