when i type regedit in RUN dialogue box...it is written that regedit is disabled by the administrator. please tell me how can i enable it again.

Are using a computer on the office or group network, where a server controls trafiic to all computer. Your network administrator might have blocked the regedit to avoid making any unauthorised changes by the users.
