Problem with new laptop

I got a new laptop today. I had some thing option like hibernate in my old desktop. But it was not there in my computer. So what should I do. Do I need to consult my service provider on this matter. Or can I make it. Please share your views and Thanks in advance.

Hi i am Dinar.I am from Bangladesh.Nice qus.And i love computers.Umm When i bought my new laptop then i had many problem.At first I cant believe ti that I bought a laptop.Then i start my laptop.It was vista.And i cant operate properly.At first i was very shoked.But now i have no problem.thank you.
