As a young child of maybe two or three years of age I had a favorite toy that I named lovingly "Mother Fu$@#r", much to the horror of my mom. This toy was a Rooster bank that was approx. two feet tall and made of orange plastic. My mom told me that she didn't think the name was very appropriate and that I should change it. So I did. From "Mother Fu$@#r" to just "Fu$@3r". She was still horrified. I have no idea where I got the name, but now, whenever I see a rooster I call it a "mother effer". Do you have a similar story of oddball names? Please share.

When my son was a small child he could not say FIRETRUCK. It came out as FIREFCUK. So I had called them that for many years. I wouldn't allow him though. HAPPY POSTINGS FROM GRANDPA BOB !!~

That is a good one. I bet it is hard not to say "firefcuk" after calling it that for so long. Thanks for the response.

Wow, just wow. Somehow though that doesn't really surprise me about you. I have to admit though I did have a cat we named Fugly or Fugs for short. The best was the day my oldest daughter came home from school and announced that she finally knew what it meant (after a year) and said how mean it was till she saw that cat and really looked at him. She never said anything else about Fugs!

I am sure that Fugly was well loved, even though his name fit, lol. Thanks for the response.
