latin to english translation!

Found a pocket watch at an estate sale and in has latin writing on both side of the watch. Front says " AB ORZU SOLIS USQUE AD OCCASOM." The back says "NESCITIS DIEM NEQUE HORAM." If anyone could help and translate these sayings I would be most appreciative.

the first part is ''counting from orzu whole all the way to favorable moment'' and the second part is ''to be ignorant day worthless hour'' i used a online translator so i am not 100% that it is right but it could be along those lines
