I have reached my minimum payout and I requested payment in mylot. A message in my account says that Pypal isn't used in the Philippines and I must open an account for moneybookers. I am wondering why they don't honor Paypal. I was already paid by paypal in Helium last month.
When I opened an account in moneybookers, the bank branch is in Mandaluyong while my account is here in Cavite. There are no other choices.
Have you encountered problems like this? Please reply. Thanks...

There's shouldn't be any problem getting your payout through PayPal. PayPal supports our country. We can even withdraw funds using debit/credit cards (which is a feature not available in US PayPal accounts)
As far as payout's concern, better ask the question from MyLot on how they can transfer your money to your PP Account.
Setting up an account is easy with PP and there is no need to add a card or bank just to receive this payout.
