What does it mean when it says u resolved a discussion?

Yeah so what does that mean, and how do u mark someone with that in discussions u started?

I believe that means whoever created the discussion rated your response as the best. I think you get more points for this.
After a certain period of time when you go back to discussions you start you will have the option to select the best response or answer.
