How long do you take a nap

Hi,I believes most of you often takes a nap in the midday. A short nap will makes our body becomes fresher after wake up while too long sleep will gives an opposite effect. Our body will becomes weak and we will be lazy to wake up. May I know how long you usually takes a nap? P/S : to Kekexinfeng...I'm sorry for stealing some idea from your NAP discussion : )

I also find over sleeping tends to make my head woozy and instead of making me feeling refresh, I find my body becoming even more tired. So normally I will make sure, I stick to my sleeping hour - well maybe once a while I will sleep in a bit longer. Than later in the afternoon when I'm feeling tired - will catch a short cat nap of maybe half to one hour. After that, I will be wide awake. A doctor one advised me, when you having a nap and something woke you up, do not continue to sleep. Or you will get a nasty headache..
