How to make a referral in Ciao?

Hi guys I was wondering for a long time that how should we make referrals in Ciao and what will they give to us? Please help!

you can invite your friends to join through email...you go to the member centre then look for the "invite friends" you can enter as many emails of your friends you want to invite. Then you can earn from them if they have make at least 1 review.
