Failures in life,encouraging or disencouraging?

Failures in life is very vast concept, wether they are encourging or disencourging will depend on our way of perceving the failure. Normaly failure creates fear in ones mind and that fear will kill one inherent talents and ability.we must develop our attitude to overcome the fear created by failure and go forward in the life. In my life when started my career in banking in 2002, I was totally confused to live in work place as i inhabbited to college going life.I faced many problems and used to do mistakes regularly in my job many people arround me thought that i was not capable of doing a banking job that created a fear in me and continued doing mistakes but slowily i came out of that fear and now i acheived a good poaition in this industry.
