The everyday complain of customer are the same. And you will repeat the proper protocol of each complain they have. As a person you will not grow in this business. You will not learn more. Unless you read books while picking the phone. Chat with your co-worker but their are stupid co-worker that will pull you down. It's not easy to find money. I just have to love my work to earn money. That's life full of battle.
