You love the guy so much but without the money, how willing are you to say "I do?"

it depends on the feelings between 2 people. if they really love each other, than they marry. if not, they move on to others.

when I married ( for the 2nd time) 10 years ago, I was financially stable and he was not, and NO it did NOT matter . Since that time I have had career issues and am now unemployed. I often feel like a burden because of it. But, I know he loves me regardless. But, it does give me insight into how it must have felt for him all those years ago. Bottom line, we have each other and there is no price on THAT!

I personally am not ALL about money, but I am a mother, and would love more children. So, if I marry a man that has no money, he would have to be ambitious and a go getter, he would have to be working on his education or seeking work. Not just sitting around waiting on a check from the state. Not just sitting around doing Nothing. I like men who are go getters. Its not the money. Its the capability to get the money when its needed. Its the security of knowing that we have a roof over our heads that isn't a shelter, and food in our stomachs, no matter what.

To answer your question, NO. I wouldn't. I go with a guy that work, and with me not working, if he had asked me, I would definitely tell him NO. I wouldn't mind a prince charming, a man who would take me on and take care of me, but for the majority of my life, I have worked and I wouldn't marry someone with the potential to wreck my finances and vice versa. Interesting question.

While it is important to be in agreement about finances, you are marrying the person, not their ficos score. I would marry someone with little/no money with no problem. Money can always be earned. Love is trickier. :D Women tend to be very good with money or just enjoy spending it too much. Seems women don't fall in the middle. I'm very good with money. :D
