When I'm Sleepy I Lucid Dream

Whenever I'm a bit sleep deprived I go into these vivid lucid dreams where all my senses are active. I can feel, hear and speak. It's weird though because speaking and moving is very difficult. Speaking is like talking under water, and walking is like walking through mud. What's it like for you?
