There are many websites Providing free SMS service to many countries,but i didn't find any site from which i can send free SMS to Saudi Arabia and Dubai.Do you know any website from which i can send SMS to gulf countries.

I want to know also, sites that provide free sms in eastern country, I only know a site that provide free fax service www.freefax.com
