I find that writing a diary is helpful in many ways. For me, I believe that experiencing your life is one great thing, writing it down is another (which is just as great). Through your diary, you can well re-experience your happy moments and make it possible for further re-experiences in the future. It's hard to say whether having a diary is important or not, but it is really fun to write and fun to read. From my experience, writing a diary is important tunnel to know more myself better. If you write it honestly, your diary can be a mirror that reflects your thoughts. From there, you can see your own thoughts clearly and even make better decisions in life. Hope you'd give it a try and have fun!

I really think writing a diary helps me a lot. Whether it is important to have one, I guess it depends on individuals. Advantages of writing a diary for myself: 1) When I write it down, I tend to think clearer. Sometimes, when I'm feeling sad and I write down my feelings. When I'm writing, I started to feel better and I don't feel sad anymore, coz I've figured out there is nothing to be sad about. Sometimes, when I'm writing down my difficulties, I figure out the solution too. 2) When I'm writing down something, it reminds me of being good, stick to my plan and encourages me too. Something if I keep in my mind, I'll tend to forget. 3) When I read back the diary I've written, I found how foolish or childish I was, and remind myself to be wiser now. Sometimes, it's funny to read what you've written, and realize that you have really grown up. ^_^ Just wanna share with you what I think about diary.

I think having a diary is great. I used to have an electronic diary which I kept on my computer. I would add an entry whenever I felt the need. Then my hard disk crashed and took my diary along with it. Cheers!!

Having diary sometime is the most difficult thing to do, it requires daily records of our activities, and since human being is lazy to submitting to habits it becomes very difficult to write on daily basis on what you are going to do. When you first bought a new diary you get excited about your activities and you start writing with gusto, but slowly the diseases come and kill your moral. Dairies reminds us of the activities we intend to do, even if you will do it or not, It help us to plan based on the imprtance of the activity, in some circumstances people are forced to have dairy where timesheet journal are being filled in work place. Dairies can help us know how much we have achieved and what is remaining to be done through this you get to organize yourself. In terms of time it helps us to save time during implementation of activities since everything have already been planned the remain is just execution based on our plan.

I used to have a diary when I was still in High School. I just leave it at home and write there after studying. I just write about what happened in school, my friends, my crushes and everything under the sun. I stopped writing when I was in senior year because I was busy that time and have no more spare time to write. Sometimes, I read my high school memories and I laugh at myself because of what I wrote there. There are good and bad memories of high school and it sure helped me develop my writing skills. Although it is not important to have one, or should I say it is not a necessity, I think it helped me in one way or another.

hello! I don't have a diary, but I do notes, personal ones, on a journal that also includes other infos that I deem important. I would jot down my personal impressions and thoughts about a person, and event, or anything that I feel something about. Writing them down gives me some form of release I think. Have a nice day!
