white lies?

do you believe there's such a thing as white or harmless lies?or a lie is a lie to you no matter how harmless,harmful,big,small or simple it is?

Yes, a lie is a lie, no matter it is white lie or some other lies, no one will say a white lie is not a lie. People only use white lie to comfort other people, they do not want other people to get more hurt, they just want to ease the pain.

Hi
I have to use this White Lies in order to manage/prevent some unwanted situations.
But to me lie is a lie. It may be it's harmless and in some cases may it it helps to avert a bad situation to arise.
Saying I musr repeat that I often use white lies and feel sorry for that.
