I am very upset..

I am very upset friends because after my marriage within one year my weight has been increased for 5kgs. and Im worried, my husband doesnt want me to become much fat. I dont get time to get up in the morning and workout bcoz my husband comes late night and due to this I am unable to get up early in the morning. I am worried that I will become too fat..Any suggestions friends?

I guess, we are in the same situation my friend. As for me i don't have a husband to worry about, he is not living with us. But i do want to shed some inches because i feel i am bloated. I too, don't have time to exercise because of too much work here at home and at work.Now, i am just trying to lessen my food intake and i am going to try to get some exercise when i have worked on my schedule. Maybe on your case, you could try to lessen your food intake too. Good luck to us on this, my friend!

i think one tend to gain weight after marraigr is because one becomes too lethargic.i think early morning walk will prove beneficial.

if your husband cares about you he wont put stress on you about the subject... stress will have you gaining as well... he comes late... eat before he comes home don't get full just half way there... so that when you sit down to eat with him you wont eat as much and you go to bed without your stomach being crammed full of food. if u drink milk get 2% milk since you still get all the flavor but not all the fat. yogurt is a healthy snack yum.. walk up stairs instead of taking the escalator at the mall or the elevator. drink water... plenty of it... working out doesnt have to be a tedious thing you could simply set aside a 30 minutes of YOU time.. go for a walk... more so encouraging with a partner in crime lol
