If you are wondering if ebay is safe? yes it is very safe.
I have had dangerous ebayers attempt to buy stuff from me and ebay notified me not to sell items to them. I have bought things where i did not recieve the item and i contacted ebay and they refunded my money. I had an attempt of someone try to hack my account and ebay contacted me and told me to change my account. Overall i couldn't be happier with paypal and Ebay.

Everything is good and well until a problem arise. I am a seller in ebay too and so far I am doing well though there are dangerous buyers and time wasting joybidders around but so far my status and sales are good. But we still have to be careful of frauds. One thing I dislike about the new system is that sellers can't leave buyers negative feedback. That's the only thing I dislike.
