A Cheater Husband

Kindly send me your feedback regading this case. A Brit husband who work in Middle east, cheated his wife. Now the wife is screaming on the net , if his husband can be punished in the Middle east.
As a person what can you suggest to the wife (its a normal reaction) need to do.
