who is your first friend?

do my cousins count as 'friends' ??.. they would be my first friends.. i think... but outside the family, the first friend i made was a neighbour - my next door neighbour.. she was 3,4 years older than me.. i was the only girl in my family.. so she was really like a sister to me.. but we lost contact as our family shifted to another place, and she grew older and hung out with her own friends...

My very first friend is still my friend up to now and we are actually best friends for 23 years now! We are still friends because we are just 3 houses apart and our moms are friends too. We grew up together, we were classmates from kindergarten till High school, and other people thought we were twins or sisters because we were always together. It was only during college that we had to depart because we went to different universities. And just 3 years ago, she went abroad and that's the longest time that we have never seen each other. I miss her terribly but I am looking forward to seeing her again next year.
