how many responses make a good discussion????

in mylot the system has a mothod to evaluvate discussion, but no one actually is 100% sure what that is...if you get a chance how much responses would you mark as satisfactory..(ofcause quality always matter , think as every response is of good quality) just the number of responses. the number of responses generated can be used to understand the interest of people
