I personally rather talk on the phone but due to my job, I do get a lot of emails & messages on my phone.

Honestly I'd rather sms then anything, because I have the opportunity to erase things or change my wording before I sent the message out. But when I talk on the phone or face to face, the moment the words come out you cant take them back, no matter how much you want to. So many times I have been texting someone I am mad or dissappointed with, and I write angry words... But the moment i see the words written down I realize they will only make things worse for me and the recipient. So I delete or change the words.I get angry very easily, and when i am angry, i'm gonna try to make the person feels the anger I feel. Thank God for SMS or else I would have a lot of friends or family members or anyone at that hating me or mad at me.

I think this should depend on the kind of situation you are talking about here.. but i do think its much better off to confront some-one when you have to deal with a much more complex issue.. this should also reflect boldness and confidence from your part.. but trivial informations and issues can just be sent via an sms
