I find it really interesting that other countries seem to take no responsibility whatsoever for the global economic situation - they are all sitting back on their backsides waiting for the United States to make it better. I also find it interesting that other countries also take no responsibility for the problems in the Middle East - again the United States is supposed to "fix" it. I honestly don't care what other countries think OUR President should do for THEIR countries - WE elected him, he's OUR President, the leader of OUR country! If other countries are concerned that there are things in the world that need to be "fixed", perhaps they should be looking to their own leaders to take some responsibility and do their share!

Why "follow"? Why not be part of the solution?

He might be the new flavor that is needed to change things with the global economy. There are things that are not know about for what happened to the US economy. The way things happened with a trickling affect to the rest of the world. I think he will deal with them in a good manner for all involved. As far as bring peace to the middle east. There were articles stating they were willing to work with him on coming to some type of terms. When the troops will leave and how the will deal with the terrorist issues. Those are the most important things that he as to face from the start. He will not be in office till January which should give him enough time to figure out what is the best solution. It seems that other countries are willing to hear what he has to say. That is a good thing and that might be the beginning of bridging gaps that may have been caused by the Bush Administration. Only time will tell what he is really able to do. So the US and the world will have to wait and see just how Obama will handle things.

Everybody including Obama needs to read the book Execution This book is how CEOs do or do not achieve goals No goal get accomplished without an implementing plan involving the people involved
