There are many people in mylot who have brought up the same story that this video talks about. While I don't know about the other Gods that this video is talking about, I can definitely say that it has got ALL THE FACTS WRONG about Krishna. Krishna wasn't born of a virgin - He was the 'eighth' son of Devaki and Vasudev. And He wasn't born on 25th December. He was born on the eighth day in the lunar month between August and September(which according to the lunar calender changes every year). And no... He wasn't a preacher... He was a prince. So.. it follows that He didn't have 12 disciples. Although He was acknowledged as an incarnation of God even while He lived, He didn't live life as a preacher - He was a ruler. And He wasn't resurrected. He is believed to have gone back from where He came because Hindus believe in reincarnation. Since there is all faulty information about just one here, I guess there are similar faulty information about the other Gods that this video is talking about. And I don't see why it is wrong to flag a video that gives out wrong information. Although I haven't flagged this video, I wouldn't blame anyone who does. Most people don't understand that it is very easy to give faulty information on the net and show as if the facts are 100% true. If something is put on the net these days by people who have half-knowledge, then they can twist and turn what is real to make the truth as untruth. And I can understand if people who find this information faulty flag it in order to ban it. People have to deeply research each and every one of these hereos' history to see if what it says is true. And who has the time to do all that research? People who don't have the time to do it blindly trust it - leading to more and more misinformed people in the world. So, I definitely wouldn't mind if such videos were banned!!

I agree that some events might have been adapted to fit into a setting. But trying to prove that someone called Jesus didn't exist is actually getting it all wrong. In fact, Jesus is the only thing about Christianity that I like. Instead of trying to eradicate all the wrong parts of the religion like saying that only those that believe in Christ only will be saved and the like, what good is it going to bring to make Jesus itself non-existent? Jesus' existence is not something that needs to be proven.. even if He didn't exist then, He exists now in the hearts of millions of people. That belief alone is enough for Him to exist. Even if there are similar stories like Jesus, I don't understand why all of them cannot have atleast some truth in them. Why does it all have to be copied from somewhere else? Maybe some things are copied and other things are not. What we have to understand is that following Jesus' teachings is important - not fighting over them. All He taught was love and tolerance - what is wrong about that? If some people have got it all wrong, it is up to them to change, what can making Jesus non-existent achieve?

Thanks islander and viji for the comments. The author of the video advised its viewer to reseach if the presentation is correct or not. By the way; "what can making Jesus non-existent achieve?" Maybe the fear of hell.

If Jesus is non-existent, then there is no belief in Him saving anybody and taking them to heaven.. So, there is nothing.. no heaven, no hell. But also, his good teachings are also gone!!
