Have you ever hate your boss and why?

My current boss is female and she is easily to get furious. Once she is not content with the works others did, she would shout at him/her and speak out words like stupid, ridiculous, and she even said other's materpiece a piece of rubbish. Lots of my colleagues just quit their job only because of this reason. No one like her and willing to corperate with her, why she is still in this position and who is backing her? Dizzy... Have you ever hate your boss and for what reason?

Hi there Dawnwalking! I have been with the same organization for the past 8.5 years. I enjoy my job... no doubt about that! However, in that 8.5 years, I have had 3 bosses and several other supervisors. During my first two years, I really have enjoyed not only my job but also the environment I was in. All these changed when we had a new boss and a new set of supervisors. They made the workplace hell for all of us. When there was an announcement that another boss would be taking her place, we were all excited because we thought things will change for the better. Unfortunately, it's the same old banana (probably even worse) but with a different skin.

gosh, then what should you do? Only to wish these kind of days will come over soon by changing another new boss and it won't be the same banana...good luck...

We all have a love-hate relationship with our boss. He has the most wild temper imaginable. Most of the time he is just kicking everybody out and declaring that there’s no dearth of good workers around. But otherwise he’s quite caring about us. We all know that and some of us has been here for more than a decade. We just ignore him and do not try to put our points across to him. many times his strategies fail and he says sorry and listens to us, but when he is not in a mood to listen and just shouts, we ignore him, let him be and just agree with whatever he says.

Your boss is much better than mine. She never apoligizes even fail. She just keeps silent. Yes, most of the time we just let her be and nod when she is blaming but forget all about it when stepped out her office. Thanks for responding, sudip...
