Can anyone help me with my profile?

Hi mylotters, I dont know how this sounds to you but i just really need help from you.I am trying to figure out and find out hard to palce or change my prfile pictures but i cannot find the buttons for it.I go check already my profile and i have photos uploaded already but it doesnt change anything. The pictures are save already but it doesnt have any effects in my profile. can anyone teach me here? I would appreciate it a lot..thanks to all
