During the Typhoon Frank several ships sunk but everything was overshadowed by the MV Princess of the Stars. What happened to the news of Ocean Papa which carried loads of toluene diisocyanate (TDI) and other toxic chemicals for manufacture of foam and sunk off Mararison Island in Antique? What's did the government? What's being done?
