Credit/Debit cards to verify Paypal Philippines?

Hi to all Filipino myloters, As we all know Paypal needs credit or debit card in order to verify your account. By browsing and seaching over the net, I usually find the EON card as the most cheapest and convenient debit card to used. But I've also read that there are other filipino's have experienced problems upon applying and verifying their cards. Some takes weeks while others takes months on just receiving or claiming their card. Other experienced problem, because of the incorrect procedure on verifying it on paypal. But, what I'm most concern of. Is there any other credit or debit cards that can be used to verify paypal aside from EON?? I just want to have other options on verifying my paypal account.
