Yesterday it was announce in Ciao that the one dollar for every review was already done, and they will only be paying 25 cents per review. Actually, many were surprised. With this, I am not so surprised since when I joined the site I was already informed that the one dollar per review is just a promotion. I know many of you has lose their hope and other members decided to leave the site. Don't worry, they have launched new incentive program. oIt is called the premium funds incentives. In this incentive, it designed to reward every authors for a highly - reviewed made. They have two thousand dollars funds every months which will be divided to each best authors every month. So no worries, make it sure that your that your review is highly recommended. hope this help you guys..have a nice day!!

I am shocked and was upset about this change. 25c is so low. Well I wish they could have a day like all reviews written on Wednesday will be payed 75 cents. But no. I will still right reviews, but don't think I'll put such a big effort into it.

I am a somewhat new user to Ciao, but I did manage to write a decent number of reviews before the change and request two payments. I'm not turned off by the switch to 0.25 per review. If you can do just 4 reviews a day, that is $1 per day or approximately $30 per month. That's not bad at all. How many posts would you have to make here on mylot in order to reach $30 in a month? :)

Darn, I missed the promotion. I guess you cannot join every site going. I am not much of a long winded writer anyways, I guess the trick is to get in fast when a site like that opens. A lot of people like the site so twenty five cents is still an attraction, at least they were paying.

Hello, just to let you know, ciao.it, that should be the mother site in italian language of ciao, actually pays 0.05 euro per review, it's $0.07. So i guess $0.25 is not so bad. Obviously $1 was better, but it was in a promotional period, to get members, and get reviews. $1 per review lifetime is unsustainable, so, in my opinion, the paradox is now ciao is more trustable than before when was paying $1! So i guess people will understand that and don't will run away from the site. Think how many posts you write here in myLot to earn $0.25 ;) and we all not runned away, right? Happy myLotting

Ciao is loosing people and visitors. There are new sites that are paying more and better so they launched the one dollar campain. Now preobably things are going better or worst (maybe they were spending too much money) so they are paying less. Anyway Ciao is sitll a good web site to find information and write about products and, obviously, earning some money. I like it and I am not leaving. Just writing less.

I know that $1 per review is only a limited time. That is quite disappointing. Now they only pay 25cents per reviews. But anyway 25cents per reviews is quite fine. But $1 per is much better.

That 2000$ is so little and there lots of good writers. what they will get at all? I don`t mind that ``good`` incentive. there hundreds of good review writers if that 2000$ divided not much money will every good review get.

IMO, the Premium Fund is a tool to attract quality reviews from regular reviewers. It will slowly clean the site from low quality reviewers. Will it be very tough to be selected for the Premium Fund?
