Beware! Idealbux has stopped payout to non Premium Members!!

I ws a member of idealbux.com and i completed the minimum payout amount and asked for payment. They replied as follows:- "Idealbux Payment Request mercuryman3a Your request has been received for a payment of $2.00 to AlertPay account mercuryman3@hotmail.com. Your request must first be audited by Idealbux, it may take up to 30 days for legitimate requests, however suspicious requests may take slightly longer than 30 days to process, you will be contacted if your request is suspicious. Thanks! Idealbux" Today i ws nearing the second payout and I approached them again for my payout and their site says thefollowing:- "Get Paid at Idealbux Sponsor ONLY PREMIUM MEMBERS WILL GET PAID. STANDARD MEMBERS PAYMENT REQUEST WILL BE CANCELLED!!! PAYOUT DATES IS THE 10TH, 20TH AND 30TH DAYS OF EVERY MONTH. MINIMUM PAYOUT WILL DECREASE TO $5 AT THESE DAYS. Cashout via Alertpay 1. Check your profile 2. Earn at least $ 3. Get Paid" Now it up to you to judge if they are perpetrating a fraud or not. Why do they change their policy mid way? They shoudl nto accept non premium members and not permit them to click ads if they do not want ot pay them. Why cheat the public at large?
