Try acupuncture. It's safe and has several proven benefits for moms trying to conceive, including increased blood flow to the uterus and stimulation of fertility hormones. You'll need anywhere from a couple of treatments to a few months' worth, depending on your situation. Each session costs $50 to $90 (not usually covered in full by insurance). To find a practitioner, ask your doctor for a referral.

well,thanks for sharing the info shar...you can also try regular exercise to stay fit in general.

Yes acupuncture is an old, old practices and can help many conditions. But I think you need to know why you can't conceive before buying this type of treatment.
