how many people play good guitar?

i have seen many people who learn a few licks and think they are good guitarists.
How many people out here are really good in playing guitar?

many of them are playing guitar but i admire a person if he/she can make their own tabs to play a guitar. it is a very talented person that some people dont have.
Like me that i try my very best to play a guitar but i think i dont have a skill to play on it because i could not give a good tune to my guitar.
My niece uses my guitar and she keep trying and trying to play even one song.
But for me i give up.
