What is your Favorite type of meat?

I eat so much different kind of meat, i can't really pick my favorite. I've eaten everything from chicken, beef, pork, lamb, goat, buffalo, ostrich, pheasant, deer, alligator, and the list goes on. So, I was wondering what is peoples favorite type of meat?
