Share your happiness with others

people say share your happiness with others ...............but what about pain and sadness???????god's love for ui think sadness is also be shared with others i mean who r close to our heart so that we can feel comfort sometimes it happend that one cannot share his/her feelings ith others for some reason then what he/she can do?

as a friend ,i hope to share happiness and sadness.but i close my heart sometimes.

sharing my happiness is indeed one good act i know of. whenever i know someone who is down, i always try to boost that person's optimism by inspiring him or her of my happiness. contrary to others, my success and happiness is not very materialistically inclined.
