Low payout sites

Have you heard of PTCBux? I am a member of this site and it has a low $2.00 payout and you can also use your balance to purchase ads. Link is on my profile if you want to look at it.
I would like to join some more similar sites that actually pay their members and have a low payout. Let me know if you know of any. A list of all the sites I have joined are on my profile.

2 dollars is not the lowest payouts, there are many sites with lower payouts, I personally TRIED a site that has a 5 cents minimum payout, interested?

I know it is not the lowest, I am just looking for sites with low payouts. What is the site you are talking about?
