How is 'Quantum of Solace'?

hey friends... any idea about the new bond flick 'Quantum of Solace'.. i heard mixed reviews everywhere... but everybody is agreed on one point.. it is not as good as its prequel 'Casino Royale'.. but still is a good watch..they say its much darker and the bond is on a rampage to kill anyone that crosses his path...i am not too convinced by these reviews... also said that the action sequences are all good..but many have been borrowed from old jacky chan movies and bourne films... dunno but am totally undecided... some help would be very much appreciated...
