Is it too soon to start decorating for Christmas?

My family and I really enjoy decorating the house for Chritmas. We usually start right after Thanksgiving. This year we're all excited and I think we might start a little early. Is it still too early to decorate for Christmas? When is a good time to start? When do you start putting up your Christmas decorations?

Same here. We always wait until after Thanksgiving and then take them down after New Year's Day. It just seems like we're getting in the holiday spirit a little sooner this year and we can't wait. :)
Thanks for the response.

Idon't think is too early if you have fun with it! With the commercial propaganda beggining in early Oct, I believe is even better to have a couple of months to enjoy Christmas decoration, so time and money spended has more value.

I am a firm believer in waiting until the day after Thanksgiving. I think each holiday should be celebrated on it's own.
