Can I change my bussiness account at PayPal to a regukar Account?

There is no need to change your account from Business to Personal as PayPal allows you to open two accounts per person provided that you use a different email address and you use a different credit or debit card to verify your account. I used to only have Premier account before and had to pay lots of fee when I received payments from some people and sites. One day I decided to contact PayPal and ask them whether there is any way to avoid paying those fees. PayPal replied to my question and suggested that I create a personal account separately for receiving payments from people or certain sites where fees are imposed. Therefore, I have created a personal account and I am already using that account for receiving some online payments and I do not have to pay all those fees anymore.
