How to make calls from Skype

Hello everyone ! I live in India . I am a working professional . I got friends all around the globe esp . Europe. I stay in touch with them via emails ..chat .But sometimes want to talk them when they not in front of system. So can anybody tell me how to make calls from Skype ?

well buy package from skype and then you can call to anyone around the world.
pc to mobile or telephone is charged.
pc to pc is free.

first you have to have a computer. Second download skype application for free from skype.com and then add money to your skype account it is pretty east from there just dial the numer and make sure your headsets on
