I used to live in California, not very long, only about 8 or 9 months, but man, I loved it! I miss it SOOOOOOO much, I lived in the Los Angeles/Hollywood area when I was 18. I loved walking up and down Hollywood Boulevard, and watching people and shopping, and my favorite library was the one on Ivar. I worked as a legal secretary when I lived out there, and it was the best job I ever had. I hope that someday I could go back and be a paralegal or court reporter.
