Street Dogs shoul be Killed?

I'm very opposed to what you have said. Everybody in the world needs a second chance even the criminals themselves or even the dogs. And please don't compare human beings to animals in this category because we are totally different from them. They might have emotions like we have but we are entirely superior than them. Those who kill are merciless and has no sense of true justice. I'm sorry but I'm really pro life. ^^,

I wonder what harmful things done by these dogs lead us to kill them?Just like the law in human world,the thief shouldn't be killed by laws only for his stealing a wallet.

In palestine a lot of rabid dogs fill the streets from where they come we don't really know... because not many arabs own dogs so someone tosses them in the villages clearly. So these stray dogs, some people put out poison because they HAVE attacked children, and people's livestock... In those cases only, when people are harmed or killed (two kids were seriously injured recently.. critical) then yes they should be killed. Some and i mean some... only a few are "good" dogs. Those that DONT attack people get taken in and trained as sheep dogs of sorts... they are kept outside with the goats or sheep to protect them. Now as for criminals... err.. it depends... some people are called criminals for stealing a bike... so i think it is a bit over stepping to kill someone for that lol..
